What are your classes like?
This page reviews our publicly offered classes. If you're looking for information about private classes, please visit this page: tablespooncookingco.com/private-events
Workshops (most public classes)
Examples: Fresh Pasta: Ravioli, New Orleans Favorites, Gnocchi, Chicken Enchiladas, Holiday Pies, Tacos & Margaritas etc.
You’ll follow along with our chef instructor to make a menu or baked good from start to finish. Click here to learn more about pricing and ticket structure. We prepare each cooking station with pre-measured ingredients and essential equipment. Above your station is a TV monitor displaying a birds eye view of the chef-instructor's station. You'll cook along with our chef-instructor, who will also walk around to provide one-on-one guidance as needed. Our classes are fully staffed with a bartender to bring you tasty drinks, and assistants to keep your station tidy. The best part? We'll do all the dishes! When all the cooking is finished, you’ll sit down in our dining and bar area to enjoy what you’ve made. If you’re in a baking/pastry class (for example, Holiday Pies) you’ll leave with a finished baked good to take home!
Happy Hour (hands-on)
This class style is similar to our Workshop Style setup, but with an abbreviated schedule. Each class will last just over an hour long. You’ll follow along with our chef instructor to make a fun cocktail and appetizer. Happy Hour classes include the cocktail and appetizer you make in class. Additional drinks are available for purchase.
