How do I redeem a gift card?

To redeem your class credit or gift card, you'll first need your redemption code. You'll find this code in the email you were sent, or on the gift certificate/card issued.

Helpful Tips:

• You will enter your redemption code on the final step of the booking process (Please note that a credit or gift card is NOT a "promo code" or "discount"). 
• Our newest ticketing system does not allow special characters or spaces. So, if your code looks like this: TBLSP-1234-56AB-CDEF, you'll enter it like this: TBLSP123456ABCDEF
• If you don’t know your gift card code, please e-mail us ahead of the ticket release for assistance. (hello@tablespooncookingco.com). We'll always do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• If you have two gift cards to redeem, please email us ASAP to have them combined. Unfortunately our system does not allow you to redeem two gift cards on the same order.
• Make sure you've filled out ALL required fields before trying to purchase. If the purchase button isn't working, it means you've missed something.

DESKTOP INSTRUCTIONS

If you're on a desktop, you'll see the option to click "Square Gift Card" in red under "Your Cart". Click that, enter your redemption code, and hit "apply".

If there is still a balance to be paid, you'll enter your credit card information and hit "purchase" to complete your order.

MOBILE INSTRUCTIONS

If you're using a cellphone browser, it may look a little different. On the final step of the booking process, under billing information, you'll click 'Square Gift Card', enter your redemption code, and hit 'Apply'.
