What is your cancellation policy?

To purchase a ticket, you must read & agree to our cancellation policy (below). 

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations must be requested via email at least 7 days before your scheduled class in order to receive store credit equal to the full amount of your purchase. For parties of 5 or more guests, cancellations must be requested via email at least 14 days before your scheduled class in order to receive store credit equal to the full amount of your purchase. You may also give your tickets to someone you know.

Can I get store credit?

If you contact us more than 7 days before your scheduled class.. we can issue you a store credit worth the full value of your purchase. All sales are final, no refunds.

What if I need to cancel less than 7 days before my scheduled class?

If you contact us less than 7 days before your scheduled class... we cannot issue a store credit, transfer or refund. If you cannot make it to class, we encourage you to send someone in your place. As a courtesy, we can open your tickets to our waitlist. If someone from our waitlist purchases your tickets, we will issue you store credit, minus a 20% rescheduling fee.


How can I use my store credit? Does it expire?

Tablespoon store credit does not expire. Store credit can be used toward the purchase of tickets to a future Tablespoon class or used on merchandise in our online store.


Can I just transfer to another class?

We are a small business and we depend on every seat in class being filled. When you reach out late to cancel, it's difficult for us to re-sell those tickets. If you are issued a credit, (see policy FAQ above), you'll be able to use that credit toward a future ticket purchase.


Why can't I just reschedule?

Similar to a sporting event or concert, all sales are final. Our classes are small, and we purchase and prepare ingredients for each station in class ahead of time so every seat in class counts. We understand that unexpected situations come up, so we'll always do our best to find a solution for you.


Can I cancel my Turkey Prep Party tickets?

No refunds or credits for Turkey Prep Party. We order turkeys according to the number of tickets purchased, so we are not able to refund or provide credit if you no longer need your turkey.
