I can't make it to class. How can I reschedule?

If you contact us more than 7 days before your scheduled class, we can issue you a credit worth the full value of your purchase.

If you contact us within 7 days before your scheduled class, we are not able to guarantee a credit. You always have the option to give your tickets to someone you know, but we can also reach out to our waitlists to see if anyone is interested. We understand that unexpected things come up, so we will always do our best to assist in emergency situations. However, it can be very difficult for us to sell last-minute tickets. If we are able to find someone off our waitlist to take your seat(s), we'll issue you credit, minus a $20 per ticket cancellation fee. If the tickets are not purchased by someone else, no credit or refund will be given.

About Credits:
Tablespoon credits & gift cards do not expire. They are valid toward the purchase of tickets to a Tablespoon class, or they can be used on merchandise in our online store. To use your credit in the store, please e-mail us. To redeem your credit for a class, please enter code at checkout on your next order.
